Garber is a knowledgeable, accomplished title professional. She brings over 35 years of extensive industry experience, having worked as an independent contractor, in a legal office, and for a national underwriter. During her career, she has developed vast expertise in title searches, preparing reports, identifying potential issues, and ensuring compliance with legal requirements. In addition, she is well-versed in analyzing and interpreting legal documents, as well as working closely and collaboratively with attorneys, lenders, and real estate agents to resolve title issues swiftly, ensuring smooth closings for clients.

At 星空传媒 星空传媒, Garber will provide expert title examination services to support the company鈥檚 network of independent agents across Tennessee. Her work will include conducting searches, performing examinations, and assisting with the clearing of title issues. As with her previous roles, Garber is especially eager to contribute her skills to help agents confidently navigate complex title matters.
