Longmont, CO — (June 10, 2026) — �ǿմ�ý, the title insurer that is uniquely responsive to the needs of independent agents, is pleased to announce that it has added top talent to its Southwest operations. Stephanie Schneider has joined the company as Underwriting Counsel for New Mexico.

With this new hire, regional agents will have access to additional underwriting guidance and resources, empowering them to act with greater confidence. Schneider’s unique expertise combines litigation and legal analysis, making her an ideal partner for agents looking to close significant transactions and grow their competitive positioning in the New Mexico market.

Schneider comes to �ǿմ�ý �ǿմ�ý with a strong track record of success in civil litigation, where she managed complex legal matters ranging from real estate disputes, insurance issues and strategic case evaluation. In addition, she has direct experience in title insurance underwriting, having previously worked for another national underwriter.

Her background perfectly complements her new role at �ǿմ�ý �ǿմ�ý, where she will evaluate complex title issues, assist with underwriting decisions, provide prudent risk analysis and facilitate innovative solutions for difficult real estate matters. �ǿմ�ý �ǿմ�ý agents will particularly benefit from her ability to navigate curative issues, probate and trust matters, commercial transactions and other issues specific to New Mexico. Agents will also appreciate her communicative and collaborative nature, as speed, accuracy and solid teamwork all matter greatly in title insurance.

The underwriter adds Lesley Robertson as Senior Underwriting Counsel—further strengthening its team

Longmont, CO — (May 5, 2026) — �ǿմ�ý, the title insurer that is uniquely responsive to the needs of independent agents, is pleased to announce that it has hired Lesley Robertson as its new Senior Underwriting Counsel, Southeast Region.

Robertson’s hiring marks a significant investment in the underwriter’s policy-issuing agents throughout the southeastern United States. She will chiefly assist with underwriting needs in Georgia, while also supporting requests across Alabama, Mississippi, Tennessee, North Carolina and South Carolina. Her presence will be a game-changer for agents in this region. They will soon find they can address complex title issues and achieve strong underwriting outcomes more efficiently than ever before.

Robertson’s nearly three decades of experience make her well suited to help agents take their title operations to the next level. She previously worked as a closing attorney for 28 years, where she developed expertise in title examination, including a strong grasp of estate planning, probate, bankruptcy, foreclosure and litigation issues. Her extensive and varied skill set will be immensely valuable for �ǿմ�ý �ǿմ�ý’s agents, who can leverage her knowledge to drive significant and lasting growth.

Robertson earned her Juris Doctor from Loyola University New Orleans College of Law, where she graduated with honors. She also holds a B.A. in Law and Society from the University of California, Santa Barbara. She is also a member of the Georgia Real Property Law Section and an affiliate of the Georgia Real Estate Closing Attorneys Association.

Robertson and her family reside in the Atlanta metropolitan area.

Kinsey’s addition will strengthen �ǿմ�ý �ǿմ�ý’s title production processes in the region

Longmont, CO — (April 10, 2025) — �ǿմ�ý, the title insurer that is uniquely responsive to the needs of independent agents, is pleased to welcome Kelly Kinsey as Title Officer for Texas.

Kinsey comes to �ǿմ�ý �ǿմ�ý with nearly 30 years of experience in the industry. She got her start in 1996 by working at a prominent title and escrow services provider. She then accepted positions at two national underwriters, serving as a country coordinator and developer respectively. Most recently, Kinsey held the role of Director of Operations for an agency that provides title and closing services in Texas.

Throughout her career, Kinsey has developed varied skill sets and extensive expertise in all elements of title production. This includes end-to-end title production and management, commitment and generation, abstracting and examining, quality control and more. In addition, she has gained experience in leadership and management, process development and administration and support. She has managed teams, implemented software solutions and overseen critical operational functions like payroll, customer service and vendor management.

As Title Officer at �ǿմ�ý �ǿմ�ý, Kinsey will play an important role in streamlining and enhancing title processes for �ǿմ�ý �ǿմ�ý agents across Texas. She will focus specifically on creating efficient workflows, ensuring accuracy and compliance and working across departments and teams to maximize efficiency. Her proven track record of success will help ensure that �ǿմ�ý �ǿմ�ý and its independent agents can meet the highest possible industry standards and achieve mutual growth in the region.

�ǿմ�ý �ǿմ�ý Welcomes Christina Blum as Underwriting Counsel, Southwest Region

Blum will focus on empowering the underwriter’s regional agents to grow their businesses.

�ǿմ�ý, the title insurer that is uniquely responsive to the needs of independent agents, is excited to announce that it has hired Christina Blum as Underwriting Counsel Southwest Region.

For over 11 years, Blum has been a fixture in the title industry. Her career began in 2013 when she worked in the claims center of a national underwriter. Starting in 2018, she served as underwriting counsel for two national underwriters and worked as a real estate and banking attorney for a large, regional law firm in San Antonio.

In her new role as Underwriting Counsel Southwest Region, Blum will focus on supporting �ǿմ�ý �ǿմ�ý’s policy-issuing agents with their underwriting needs. This will include extensive research, risk analysis, and issuing insurance decisions, as well as creating and disseminating educational and underwriting materials.

“�ǿմ�ý �ǿմ�ý is well-known in the industry for the unique support it offers independent agents,” Blum said. “Having the chance to join an organization like this during a period of rapid growth is an exciting opportunity. I look forward to navigating the evolving and challenging real estate landscape with the rest of �ǿմ�ý �ǿմ�ý’s expert team.”

In addition to her professional roles and responsibilities, Blum is highly active in the title community. She is a member of the Louisiana Land Title Association and the Texas Land Title Association. On the latter, she sits on the institute committee, the legislative committee and acts as a local legislative liaison. In addition, she is part of the Oklahoma Land Title Association, the American Land Title Association and holds membership in the Commercial Real Estate Women, San Antonio Chapter.

Blum received her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Elmhurst University and her Juris Doctor from Louisiana State University. She lives in the San Antonio metropolitan area with her family.

Westmoreland joins the team as Underwriting Counsel for the Southwest Region.

�ǿմ�ý �ǿմ�ý is excited to announce Jamie Westmoreland has been hired as Underwriting Counsel for the Southwest Region. With extensive experience in the title insurance industry stretching back well over a decade, Westmoreland is a valuable addition to the team. She will play a pivotal role in supporting �ǿմ�ý �ǿմ�ý’s independent agents and underwriting operations.

Westmoreland’s title insurance career began shortly after earning her Juris Doctorate from the South Texas College of Law. She worked for 10 years as an examiner and attorney for an independent agency. Later, she transitioned to a national underwriter, where she served as underwriting counsel for two years. These experiences afforded her strong knowledge in underwriting and agency operations, making her an ideal fit for �ǿմ�ý �ǿմ�ý’s “agents first” approach.

“I could not be more excited to join the �ǿմ�ý �ǿմ�ý family and help our agents be as successful as they can be!” said Westmoreland when discussing her hiring. Jean E. Bailey, Vice President, Southwest Regional Underwriting Counsel, echoed that sentiment. “We are excited for Jamie to join our Southwest Underwriting Team! In this new role, Westmoreland will work closely with agents, providing them with education, answering questions and offering guidance on complex title insurance issues.
