Longmont, CO — (June 10, 2026) — �ǿմ�ý, the title insurer that is uniquely responsive to the needs of independent agents, is pleased to announce that it has added top talent to its Southwest operations. Stephanie Schneider has joined the company as Underwriting Counsel for New Mexico.

With this new hire, regional agents will have access to additional underwriting guidance and resources, empowering them to act with greater confidence. Schneider’s unique expertise combines litigation and legal analysis, making her an ideal partner for agents looking to close significant transactions and grow their competitive positioning in the New Mexico market.

Schneider comes to �ǿմ�ý �ǿմ�ý with a strong track record of success in civil litigation, where she managed complex legal matters ranging from real estate disputes, insurance issues and strategic case evaluation. In addition, she has direct experience in title insurance underwriting, having previously worked for another national underwriter.

Her background perfectly complements her new role at �ǿմ�ý �ǿմ�ý, where she will evaluate complex title issues, assist with underwriting decisions, provide prudent risk analysis and facilitate innovative solutions for difficult real estate matters. �ǿմ�ý �ǿմ�ý agents will particularly benefit from her ability to navigate curative issues, probate and trust matters, commercial transactions and other issues specific to New Mexico. Agents will also appreciate her communicative and collaborative nature, as speed, accuracy and solid teamwork all matter greatly in title insurance.

The underwriter has hired Lourdes Acle as its new AVP, Agency Manager

Longmont, CO — (April 22, 2026) — �ǿմ�ý, the title insurer that is uniquely responsive to the needs of independent agents, is pleased to announce that it has hired Lourdes Acle as its new AVP, Agency Manager.

Acle’s hiring marks an important moment for �ǿմ�ý �ǿմ�ý and its network of policy-issuing agents. The underwriter’s agents throughout South Florida will now have additional resources to strengthen their marketing, development and compliance, ultimately improving operations and helping grow market share.

Acle’s more than two decades in the industry have well equipped her to help agencies succeed. She previously served as Assistant Vice President, Agency Account Manager for a large, national underwriter. Earlier in her career, she also helped manage a title company’s operations in a high-volume environment, giving her practical experience in relationship building, overseeing staff, handling disbursements, and ensuring secure, accurate transactions.

At �ǿմ�ý �ǿմ�ý, Acle will apply this expertise to help agency partners proactively address day-to-day challenges and long-term goals. Having worked in the field since 2006, her comprehensive understanding of how title companies operate will improve their competitive positioning. A 20-year veteran of the industry, Dunn has significant experience in underwriting transactions, commercial closings, title insurance and litigation. She began her career working for multiple national underwriters, where she implemented a statewide education and licensing system for title examiners and escrow officers. In addition, Dunn taught classes to title agents, to help them build stronger relationships with real estate brokers. She also handled commercial underwriting for the Mid-Atlantic states, updated endorsements, developed internal guidelines, and collaborated with sales teams to drive business growth. More recently, Dunn has been working in private practice, specializing in real estate transactions.

At �ǿմ�ý �ǿմ�ý, Dunn will have the opportunity to apply her passion for real estate and prodigious industry knowledge on an everyday basis. She looks forward to helping the underwriter’s network of agents throughout Colorado, Utah, Nevada and Arizona—helping them solve complex title issues, exceed customers’ expectations, and achieve both short- and long-term goals.

Dunn is also a member of the real estate section of the Colorado Bar Association and is a member of CREW (Commercial Real Estate Women). Dunn received her Bachelor of Arts and her Juris Doctor from the University of Denver and is licensed to practice law in both Virginia and Colorado.

Longmont, CO — (Sept. 25, 2025) — �ǿմ�ý, the title insurer that is uniquely responsive to the needs of independent agents, proudly announces that Cynthia Smith has joined its growing Florida Team as North Florida Agency Manager.

Smith is a seasoned, 25-year veteran of the title industry. She brings extensive industry experience to the table as an account manager. At her previous positions, she was charged with managing existing agents, as well as signing new agents. She also spearheaded agent education initiatives and worked closely with the Realtor community.

At �ǿմ�ý �ǿմ�ý, she will have ample opportunities to apply this experience in her day-to-day work. One of her top priorities as North Florida Agency Manager will be to build close, collaborative and mutually beneficial relationships with �ǿմ�ý �ǿմ�ý’s vast agent network throughout the state. She will also work to forge new connections with unaffiliated agents and showcase how �ǿմ�ý �ǿմ�ý is uniquely capable of helping them scale their businesses.

Garber is a knowledgeable, accomplished title professional. She brings over 35 years of extensive industry experience, having worked as an independent contractor, in a legal office, and for a national underwriter. During her career, she has developed vast expertise in title searches, preparing reports, identifying potential issues, and ensuring compliance with legal requirements. In addition, she is well-versed in analyzing and interpreting legal documents, as well as working closely and collaboratively with attorneys, lenders, and real estate agents to resolve title issues swiftly, ensuring smooth closings for clients.

At �ǿմ�ý �ǿմ�ý, Garber will provide expert title examination services to support the company’s network of independent agents across Tennessee. Kinsey comes to �ǿմ�ý �ǿմ�ý with nearly 30 years of experience in the industry. She got her start in 1996 by working at a prominent title and escrow services provider. She then accepted positions at two national underwriters, serving as a country coordinator and developer respectively. Most recently, Kinsey held the role of Director of Operations for an agency that provides title and closing services in Texas.

Throughout her career, Kinsey has developed varied skill sets and extensive expertise in all elements of title production. This includes end-to-end title production and management, commitment and generation, abstracting and examining, quality control and more. In addition, she has gained experience in leadership and management, process development and administration and support. She has managed teams, implemented software solutions and overseen critical operational functions like payroll, customer service and vendor management.

Lori brings a long history of success in the legal, title insurance, and real estate industries. After graduating law school, she began her career in general practice but quickly transitioned to representing real estate clients. She worked for several Florida Panhandle law firms, including her own, building specialized expertise in the real estate development process, including acquisitions, complex finance transactions, business formation and construction.

In 2009, she started her own title insurance agency, providing clients with comprehensive closing services in sales, refinances, reverse mortgages, short sales, and more. Immediately prior to joining the �ǿմ�ý �ǿմ�ý team, Ward served as general counsel for a real estate developer while continuing to operate her independent title agency. Throughout her career, Ward has applied her industry knowledge, expertise and collaborative approach to drive business growth and success. �ǿմ�ý, the title insurer that is uniquely responsive to the needs of independent agents, is excited to announce that it has hired Christina Blum as Underwriting Counsel Southwest Region.

For over 11 years, Blum has been a fixture in the title industry. Her career began in 2013 when she worked in the claims center of a national underwriter. Starting in 2018, she served as underwriting counsel for two national underwriters and worked as a real estate and banking attorney for a large, regional law firm in San Antonio.

In her new role as Underwriting Counsel Southwest Region, Blum will focus on supporting �ǿմ�ý �ǿմ�ý’s policy-issuing agents with their underwriting needs. This will include extensive research, risk analysis, and issuing insurance decisions, as well as creating and disseminating educational and underwriting materials.

“�ǿմ�ý �ǿմ�ý is well-known in the industry for the unique support it offers independent agents,” Blum said. “Having the chance to join an organization like this during a period of rapid growth is an exciting opportunity. Martinez will help shape �ǿմ�ý �ǿմ�ý’s underwriting operations throughout the Southeast and provide invaluable support to its policy-issuing agents.

Longmont, CO — (October 22, 2024) — �ǿմ�ý, the title insurer that is uniquely responsive to the needs of independent agents, is pleased to announce the hiring of Ryan Martinez as Vice President, Southeast Regional Underwriting Counsel.

Martinez is a highly skilled legal professional with significant experience in real estate and title insurance. He got his start as a foreclosure and title attorney in Atlanta. He then worked as both an associate litigation and a closing attorney, where he handled residential and commercial transactions. Later, he was a supervising attorney for title and REO operations at a creditor’s rights firm. He most recently served as an underwriting counsel for a national underwriter.

Martinez will have a variety of responsibilities in his new role at �ǿմ�ý �ǿմ�ý. He will primarily focus on handling underwriting requests from policy-issuing agents in the region. This will involve offering his advice on underwriting matters while also ensuring compliance with applicable regulations.

Outside of his work, Martinez is highly active in the title community. He is currently a member of the Tennessee Land Title Association (TLTA), where he serves as Education Committee Chair. He also holds membership in the North Carolina Land Title Association (NCLTA) and the Southeast Land Title Association (SLTA), and is a member of the Bar in Georgia, Tennessee and North Carolina.

Martinez obtained his undergraduate education at the Georgia Institute of Technology and received his Juris Doctor from the Florida Coastal School of Law.

Westmoreland joins the team as Underwriting Counsel for the Southwest Region.

�ǿմ�ý �ǿմ�ý is excited to announce Jamie Westmoreland has been hired as Underwriting Counsel for the Southwest Region. With extensive experience in the title insurance industry stretching back well over a decade, Westmoreland is a valuable addition to the team. She will play a pivotal role in supporting �ǿմ�ý �ǿմ�ý’s independent agents and underwriting operations.

Westmoreland’s title insurance career began shortly after earning her Juris Doctorate from the South Texas College of Law. She worked for 10 years as an examiner and attorney for an independent agency. Later, she transitioned to a national underwriter, where she served as underwriting counsel for two years. These experiences afforded her strong knowledge in underwriting and agency operations, making her an ideal fit for �ǿմ�ý �ǿմ�ý’s “agents first” approach.

“I could not be more excited to join the �ǿմ�ý �ǿմ�ý family and help our agents be as successful as they can be!” said Westmoreland when discussing her hiring. Jean E. Bailey, Vice President, Southwest Regional Underwriting Counsel, echoed that sentiment. “We are excited for Jamie to join our Southwest Underwriting Team! Her experience will allow her to jump right in with assisting our agents. I know she will be a great fit with the team.”

In this new role, Westmoreland will work closely with agents, providing them with education, answering questions and offering guidance on complex title insurance issues. Additionally, she will focus on risk analysis to assess title insurability and develop helpful insurance standards and guidelines.
